RENTING THE YACHT CLUB

• $350.00 Room Rental Fee (up to 8 hours)
• $150 Damage Fee (refunded if no damage)
• $120.00 Cleaning Fee (renter takes out trash)
• The Bar may be used on a cash basis. YC will provide a bartender and collect cash
• Renter can bring in beer and wine to give away, however, it may not be sold
• No liquor can be brought into the Club House
• The Renter can hire the catering services used by the YCHHI. Availability and all food costs and menus are worked out directly with the YCHHI Caterer.
• Bartender can be hired
• If the Renter is not using our Caterer very limited use of the kitchen is granted. Warming only.
• Room must be left in same condition it was found
• The Club is not available on Friday nights.
